Broker Trading FAQ

Find answers to account opening, trading, payments, and TMS operations.

Visit the official online registration portal → Fill personal details → Upload required documents → Submit KYC → Wait for verification approval.

Visit our office → Collect account opening form → Fill and attach documents → Submit to officer → Account will be activated after verification.

Download KYC form → Fill it properly → Attach required documents → Email it to support/broker email → Wait for confirmation.

Login to your account or visit office → Submit updated KYC form → Attach updated documents → Verification will be processed.

Go to login page → Click “Forgot Password” → Enter registered email/phone → Verify OTP → Set new password.

Use ConnectIPS, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay or bank transfer → Select broker payment option → Enter amount → Confirm payment.

Login to TMS → Place buy order → Go to order book → Check executed or pending status.

Login to TMS → Place sell order → Check order status in order book → Confirm execution details.

Go to order book → Select order → Click edit or cancel → Confirm changes before execution.

Open ConnectIPS → Select broker payment → Enter collateral amount → Confirm transfer → Balance will be updated in TMS.

Login to TMS → Go to collateral section → Request refund → Submit request → Approval will be processed by broker.
